I’m a wife, mama to two wild-hearted kiddos (Levi and Kennedy), and proud introvert who’s socially adapted like a chameleon with a calendar. I met my husband on OKCupid back in college, earned a degree in Criminal Justice, and somehow ended up as a high school Special Education Teacher by day and VA by night. Life is funny like that!

I live by the motto, “If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough” and let’s just say, mine scare the absolute crap out of me in the best way possible. I’m multi-passionate to my core: I’ve killed five sourdough starters, mourned them all, and still tried again. Daryl (Walking Dead fans, anyone?) is coming up on his first birthday this November. And yes I named him. I own more houseplants than I should but hey I hear they help clean the air in your home so win-win, you know? I’ve been to Disneyland twice and still don’t like it (unpopular opinion, I know). And yes, my first job was wearing a giant Easter Bunny suit at the mall. I peaked early, okay!
